Amano Jitsugyo Co., Ltd. was founded in May 1947 to manufacture and sell caramel color for food coloring. Amano succeeded in manufacturing powdered caramel color in 1957. Soon after we were able to produce a variety of powdered seasoning mixes.
Amano started manufacturing freeze-dried foods in 1968 and was successful in developing the instant noodle business. As a result, Amano has became a leading company in the field of freeze-dried foods in Japan. In addition, Amano developed excellent manufacturing techniques for preserving foods.

These techiniques apply to powdered seasoning mixes, soup, retort pouches, drum-dried foods and many other food ingredients.
